Owen serves as Senior Vice President, Real Estate & Associate General Counsel for PMC and its subsidiaries. Owen joined PMC in early 2026 after serving as outside real estate counsel and advisor to PMC for nearly a decade. In his role, Owen focuses on PMC’s domestic and international real estate portfolio including the ongoing development of Torch Cay in the Bahamas.
Prior to joining PMC, Owen spent over 30 years in private practice focused on a wide range of sophisticated real estate transactions involving leasing, acquisition, disposition, design, development, construction, ownership, and financing of local, regional, national, and international real estate projects. He represented a wide variety of domestic and international clients ranging from Fortune 50 companies to successful entrepreneurs.
Owen was previously a shareholder at Shoreline, A Law Corporation, a Santa Monica-based real estate boutique law firm (where he had served as Managing Attorney), and began his legal career at Morgan Lewis & Bockius, LLP.
Owen holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley (Phi Beta Kappa) and a J.D. from Loyola Law School. Owen lives in Los Angeles with his family and is admitted to the California bar.
