Erin Johnson brings over two decades of global hospitality leadership to her role as Vice President of Member Services at Torch Cay. Erin oversees all facets of the member journey, driving Torch Cay’s commitment to unparalleled service, privacy and one-of-a-kind experiences. Prior to Torch Cay, Erin helped lead Alchemy Hospitality for Apollo co-founder Marc Rowan, shaping and guiding the acclaimed Hamptons institution and its expansion in Mexico. Erin also previously represented emerging wine regions like Cahors, France, connecting global producers to the U.S. wine community.

Erin’s entrepreneurial background includes owning Fork & Anchor, a celebrated gourmet market on Long Island’s, and leadership roles at acclaimed New York establishments such as bobo Restaurant, The Lotos Club, and The Waverly Inn.

Erin has served as an educator for the American Sommelier Association, holds a B.A. in Communications from Boston College, and completed HR Essentials certification at Cornell University.
