Dan Feinberg serves as Vice President, Associate General Counsel of Dick Clark Productions (DCP), a subsidiary of Penske Media Corporation (PMC). Dan leads business and legal affairs for DCP, advising on all production, distribution, licensing, employment and operational matters across DCP’s business.

Prior to leading business and legal affairs for DCP, Dan served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel at PMC, providing business and legal affairs support with respect to all aspects of PMC’s business, including M&A, film/TV development, production and distribution, and labor and employment. Prior to joining PMC, Dan served as a senior corporate counsel at Legendary Entertainment, an independent film and TV production company based in Burbank, CA. While at Legendary, Dan played a major role in a number of significant transactions for the company, including Legendary’s $3.5 billion sale to the Dalian Wanda Group in March 2016, a $1 billion credit facility with JP Morgan and a syndicate of other lenders in June 2018, and several production, financing and distribution arrangements for high-profile film, television and digital projects.

Prior to PMC and Legendary, Dan was a corporate attorney in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins LLP. Dan's practice at Latham focused on mergers and acquisitions, finance, intellectual property, and general corporate matters across a variety of industries. Dan lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three daughters. Dan has a B.A. from Rutgers University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
